Very well designed! Works Brilliantly in a 8 device environment

For what I need this KVM to do (connect 8 servers) it does a fantastic job!

I do wish I could switch between computers by using SCROLL Lock-SCROLL Lock + Device number, it makes you use the arrow keys to select which computer you want to switch to. Very minor gripe.

I have both USB and PS2 connections with this unit and it has worked flawlessly 100% of the time.

Arrived with Incorrect and Missing Cables

This KWM switch arrived today, but it not only contained the wrong number of cables (only 4 instead of 8), but it contained PS/2 cables instead of the USB cables that were advertised in both the text and photos of the product. Something is clearly wrong at Amazon since I’m the 2nd person to experience the same problem with this specific product.

Missing Cables

First, the product itself is exactly what I needed and functions well. My reasoning for giving it three stars is that it did not include six of the USB KVM cables. I would have returned it but shipping from Amazon on this product is now 1 to 2 months out which just doesn’t fit with the needed timeline. I could purchase it from another vender but the additional cost of the product and shipping would be more than if I just buy six more KVM cables. I’m an avid Amazon customer and am disappointed in the quality control on this product being that I’ve had such excellent results in the past. I hope this is an anomoly and not a new trend.
